History : Aikido Seishin Kai is an independent organisation dedicated to the practice and promotion of traditional Japanese Aikido. In addition to studying defence and counter techniques to all forms of attacks both unarmed and armed we also maintain the Samurai traditions of techniques performed in seiza (kneeling) positions and the use of weapons such as the jyo (staff) and bokken(sword). | |
